Relocation to Jupiter a Success for Pam

29 May 2009

A secondary school teacher from Leeds who relocated 200 miles for a new job has found her perfect apartment at Kebbell Homes’ Jupiter Court development in Cippenham, near Slough .

Science teacher Pam Dhaliwal moved into her new second-floor home at this bespoke collection of 24 spacious and stylish two-bedroom apartments over Easter, and has already settled well.

The development is located in an attractive residential area on Stowe Road and the apartments are set within four striking and varied buildings.

“I looked at a number of different homes in the area,” explained Pam, “but the thing that really struck me about this particular apartment was the high specification, which was unlike anything else I’d seen.”

“This is my first time in an apartment, having previously lived in two houses. However, having carried out renovation work on these houses it’s a huge relief that my new home is new build, where everything is brand new, sparkly and I’ve no need to worry about warranties expiring!”

Location was also a key factor for Pam and here Jupiter Court really stood out. “Everything you could need is on your doorstep, which is great and school is just 10 minutes away,“ she continued. “The train into London is also very fast and takes only 20 minutes, whilst the nearby M4 motorway allows me to get onto the road network easily when I want to visit friends and family back in Leeds .”

Pam used Kebbell’s 75/25 scheme to help purchase her new apartment and having bought what was the show apartment, everything was all ready in place for her to move in. “My purchasing and moving experience were both unbelievably straightforward,” she said. “All in all it was a very smooth transition and instead of taking weeks to move, it took just a couple of days and only three car loads!”

Gin Roaf, Sales and Marketing Director for Kebbell Homes, comments, “We are delighted to hear that Pam has settled in so well at Jupiter Court and that its location and high specification in particular has proved such a winning combination. Relocating to a new part of the country is never easy for anyone, so we feel very pleased to have contributed towards the ease of her move with our 75/25 scheme.”

Under the terms of Kebbell’s 75/25 scheme, buyers at the development can defer up to 25% of the purchase price of their new home until the property is resold, with no interest payments to be made in the meantime and no burden on the budget.

The location of Jupiter Court is wonderfully convenient for travel, making it excellent for commuters. Junction 7 of the M4 and Burnham railway station are close by, whilst Heathrow Airport is only a 20 minute drive away. Away from work, Slough town centre is just a short distance away and offers a good selection of shops, wine bars and bistro pubs.
